Okay, am now running the welcome script whenever my computer is on, which is most of the time at the moment. Am working on acquiring a more permanent base for it. So you may want to modify this thread; no recruiters are really required now, the process is completely automated For that matter: everyone should be aware that any recruiting should be prohibited, as it will clash with this and cause the wrath of the mods.

Did a test and all seems to work, is only welcoming nations in our region. Sends welcome to nations just founded in our region, as well as already existing nations that move to our region.

World News: There appears to be a war going on between Markarth and Blackrift, as the former has successfully occupied the latter. I also suspect at this time that Osiris is mobilising, possibly to liberate Blackrift.

Alright, I will try and get hold of this welcome script for us. I will keep the old script anyway, could potentially be useful in a war situation - where we wouldn't care that it annoys regions.

only a minute - stopped it as soon as I saw it send to someone in TSP. Ok I might have fixed it - trying again. Nope, still doesn't work... Argh API recruiting is completely offline until further notice.

SHIT. The script is still sending to all GCR's, so I have disabled it until I can work out the problem.

They're both quite good. It depends how sinister you're feeling, because the second looks thoroughly evil.
