Emperor calls on Taeja (Heir Apparent) to become Regent

Emperor of Daehwi has called upon Myo Ing, the heir apparent, to preside over Daehwi's internal affairs as well as to attend the national meetings in both plenary and partial sessions. The Emperor expects the heir apparent to skillfully establish the necessary diplomatic ties as well as economic procedures to help improve the nation, now that his age is close to thirty and that he has matured. The Emperor has reigned since 1990 A.D. (1390 AF) and is at his thirtiest year of reign. The rule is that Daehwite emperors are not to resign until their death, but it is apparent that the current Emperor is getting old and must prepare for retirement.
