The United States of Thunderla is a nation that after making a revolution against its former dictator, Lieutenant Nikanor T, became a democracy and started fighting for peace and human rights.

Thunderla's civilian economy is based on tourism and food exports, with large agricultural industries and a reasonably sized international port and airport.

After getting rid of a military dictatorship, the residents of Thunderla decided not to invest in militarism, as they feared another military coup.
