  1. Darkesia sat on information vital to a takeover of the music industry. Yy4U was listening to his mom, who was calling Neenee asking for Benjamin Mark who had the secret.  "As simple as pie!"  BM said.  "Who wrote the new sign wrong?" BM questioned knowingly.  When all of a sudden, Badger kicked in the side of the wall. and BM declared, "There's your Chocolate tribute for Darkesia! But why didn't Badger use his telekinetic powers?

Because he couldn't believe that he knew the truth about the mind-boggling disaster that happened when he discovered

Commander Hayden spoke and said "We are on the Enterprise and are requesting take-off clearance" The Hellensworth control person, Stephen Wishman, said "The STS-132 is cleared for take off and will leave in 5 seconds" The Enterprise blasted off and were on their way to the space station.

  5. Here is another potential issue to write about.

    Alright, let's do this.

So, with Pokemon Go being all the rage this last week, something interesting is happening.

    1. People tend to walk the streets at night, getting into weird situations
    2. People tend to not watch where they walk, causing traffic accidents
    3. (some) people (kids?) suffering from obesity are slowly getting their much needed exercise.
    4. etc.

This would make for a nice issue, where a company brings to market a GPS-based mobile app where you catch @@ANIMAL@@s. And how the government should act on it (promote it, fine those who trespass/jaywalk, etc.). But I'm not sure if something is similar is already in the game (500+ issues, forgive me for not knowing them by heart, I was too busy spraypainting trains). Soo, any tips/suggestions on how tackle this, if at all? Or someone wants to take over the idea?

  6. I poked my head into the Writer's Block and discovered a trove of issues to write.

    • Overfishing
    • Compulsory retirement/retirement ages
    • Sales tax/VAT
    • National census
    • National debt (defaulting?)
    • Appointing a deputy leader
    • Unemployment
    • Complete Employment
    • Immigration (results of restrictions)
    • Recycling
    • Advertising standards
    • Abolishing feudalism (response to option 1 of Issues #61)
    • Dealing with aspects of a socialist/communist system - centralised vs. decentralised economic planning, electing/appointing managers/officers, autarky.
    • Product placement
    • Drug tourism
    • Reversing the abolition of courts
    • "Affluenza"
    • Trial by media
    • Hiking the price of generic or life saving drugs
    • Other religions besides @@FAITH@@ being taught in schools
    • "Wasteful government spending" and how to fix it
    • A "Pledge of Allegiance" reversal
    • A reversal of a ban on video games
    • Frivolous petitions to the government (Boaty McBoatface, anyone?)
    • Access to information laws
    • Emergency preparedness (such as evacuations in the case of a major disaster)
    • A lack of women and minorities being appointed to government positions/cabinet
    • "@@DEMONYM@@washing" in the film industry (obviously a play on whitewashing)
    • Crumbling infrastructure (think piping, sewers, dams as opposed to roads)
    • The length of election campaigns
    • A shortage of judges
    • @@NAME@@ boycotting the Olympics due to being held in an "enemy" country
    • The government's funded sports team (baseball?) is proving to be unpopular
    • Different methods of capital punishment (eg: firing squad, public hanging, lethal injection etc)
    • A shortage of the drugs required for lethal injections
    • Honoring existing treaties set up by the previous government
    • Issues directly dealing with foreign aid [raising, lowering, dealing with offering it to oppressive nations etc]
    • Issues about a national anthem (eg: making it gender neutral, removing references to God etc). Note: This will not give you the ability to add an anthem to your nation.
    • A reversal on banning immigrants from voting
    • Issues addressing specific industries, or combinations of them. Think of the consequences of having a large or small industry, the problems they might face when growing or shrinking, or the trade-offs between various industries. There are some severely lacking in issues, such as: basket weaving, gambling, furniture restoration, fishing, pizza delivery, woodchipping, soda sales.
  7. Doing that issue was GM crops was fun, even if I didn't participate much. I didn't have to, you guys have such great ideas that all I had to do was post it in the "Got Issues" forum. A nation on the Gameplay forum said this on the onsite forums.

A long time ago. I was an aspiring nation. When I reached 7 billion citizens I realized that's an entire planet's worth of people. So I changed the name from Holy Empire [which was only because holy apparently unlocks an easter egg] to Holy Galactic now at 13 billion I'm not a nation anymore we're a species. We've got enough people for two planets so as such giant nations including ones even bigger than mine. Should have bigger issues. Planetary colonization, global thermonuclear war, etc. I was wondering if anyone else felt the same.

Should we do an issue with this in mind?

  8. "Equal" by Chrisette Michele got played for Mission Specialist Silvera and both crews woke up. Mission Specialists Hernandez and Stonehirsch tended to the weather camera and when they tested it yesterday, it broke, so they're fixing it today. Mission Specialists Silvera and Wilder went to the astronomy lab. Mission Specialists Khan and Shah suited up for a spacewalk and expanded the space station by adding another module. Mission Specialists Schock and Washington went to the biology lab. Mission Specialists Dias and Gilman went to the physics lab. The commanders and pilot, plus Mission Specialists Priven and Sterritt supervised the other mission specialists.
