Hi, my name is Hector; I come from the House of Five Leaves. I am currently working on a large cultural project that may or may not concern your region (your choice) and would like to tentatively open discussion on the matter. You may have already received a telegram about the event as I sent telegrams out to the WA Delegates of the 120 largest regions. At the moment, my telegram system is defunct, so I'm making the rounds to continue being able to keep in contact with these regions.
