The Federal Republic of Marusin is an island state. The Federal Republic of Marusin is a fledgling, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, compulsory military service, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-working population of 32 million Marusinians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often. First settlers on the islands were immigrants from unknown country. Oldest settlement is from 1895. Islands became industry dependent destroying most of the islands landscape. The economy grew so fast that it became a government priority. This is where the country's motto came from "We love people, but economy is more important". Now with population of 32 million country is trying to stay neutral.
