The nation is composed of numerous independent tribes represented by a Council of Elders; they, in turn, answer and provide advice to an elected chief, who functions as the official head of state.
The Tiritchik are largely dependent on the ocean for their livelihood; many of the tribes are predominantly fishing communities as a result of this.
In general, the nation and its populace are peaceful, preferring to avoid hostilities with neighbors unless there is no other choice, and even then, it would be purely out of defense.

Located at the farthest tip of the continent of Doll Guldur, the Tiritchiq nation is composed of numerous independent tribes, all represented by a supreme Council of Elders who oversee their governance. The waters surrounding them to the north and east are their main source of livelihood, with several large fishing communities present in the region as a result. The people here are a rugged lot, befitting given the land they inhabit, and some outsiders attribute them as barbarians. Given they are not provoked, however, they are kind and genial, preferring to live in peace with their neighbors and with the earth, hence their saying: Atausiq Nuna. "One Earth"
