To date, in my capacity as Delegate of DC9, I have been acting as charge d'affaires ad interim of the DC9 embassy in The West Pacific. Pursuant to DC9 Government Executive Order 1-5, I give effect to the appointment of Ambassador Vierecken, and resign immediately.
