First Annual Regional Symposium

To the esteemed leaders of the nations of The West Pacific

The Canol Union would like to invite you all to the First Anual Regional Symposium from Monday January 5, to Thursday January 8, in our capital city of Canolia.

You are welcome to join us and participate in the Symposium, where scholars, academics, and businesses from the Union and other nations throughout the region will be gathered to present their latest achievments, negotiate trade deals, and meet in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Festivities will follow the openning ceremonies at 1:00 PM on Monday. Scholars and academics from across the region will meet in multiple intelectual debates every day as an example of their nation's finest intelects. Music and dances from all across the region will be performed during a show every night. The Symposium will conclude with a banquet on Thursday night.

The Symposium will be held in the Harrington Grande Hotel, the most prestigious hotel in the Union. The Ministry of Home Defence and the Ministry of Interior have taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety of all participants.
