A couple sentences about your nation: A nation which produces the most pumpkins in the world, the Free Pumpkin State is a country that focuses on economics. Their history has them a military powerhouse before a civil and losing a major war turned them away from constant fighting. A democratic country, voting happens once every six years, a holy and lucky number to the peoples. Education and farming, especially pumpkin and trout farming, is where most of the government funding goes.

Any other inspirations or concepts you want to share: The great civil war was between the mainland and a heavily religious group. The military strength was higher with the religious, but their strategies were poor, leading to mass losses. They did eventually peace out and created the Free Pumpkin State and Anti-Hell, which later became a part of the Free Pumpkin State.
