Despite the country being communist, a large portion of the Muchtian population still supports the previous capitalist government. This, along with having little freedom, leads to the citizens becoming less patriotic than normal. The Muchtian Government has spent many years expanding their economy to have more variantions than just agriculture and fishing. The country is growing faster and faster with more technological breakthroughs month by month.
