ABOUT: The Dictatorship of Fraphsre is a tiny, orderly nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service, complete lack of prisons, and punitive income tax rates.

               The large, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Education. The average income tax rate is 53.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

               The fragile Fraphsrean economy, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is dominated by the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Tourism, Automobile Manufacturing, and Woodchip Exports.

              Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Fraphsre's national animal is the  Penguin.
