    BTW - WOF left because she thought it was too boring here. Maybe she left a couple of days too soon.

    Well NS can get boring, falling out with groups on NS or just getting bored of people does it usually. I only have one NS contact on Facebook, the rest have either left the game or I know them in real life.

    I would love to see a top down purge.  Eli is strong enough to do it.  Kick out all the influence piggies.  (Yes, I know I'm one of them too)

     

    The Guardians have been around before influence.  It's influence that institutionalized them.

     

    Before everyone gets all excited, I am not changing my stance.  The realities of the game do not support democracy and influence solidifies that reality.  I don't have to like it, I just have to live with it.  If I'm living with it, I might as well live at the top.  B)

    I like bacon though; and democracy relies on the participating members being sane, active, objective*, informed and honest.

     

    *Well objective is kind of dreaming. But there is nothing worse than a group of people that blindly follow leadership offering no new ideas of their own, or a group of people that attack policies of the political elite without bothering to even try to understand their reasoning.

    Used to be.  We have been sleeping for some time.  Our joints are a bit stiff and there are cobwebs in every corner. 

    But the dept of interior or whatever it is called, is a good place to start the clean up and stretching exercises.

    Ah okay. ^_^

    Do any of you ever use internet relay chat? I've popped by #the_west_pacific on esper.net.irc several times in the past but I haven't seen too many people from the forum there.

    I get bored in the first ten seconds of chat, then just head off and watch you tube. Some people like it, I prefer skype or msn.
