If I could make a suggestion, why not have a legislative branch of government, similar to the U.S. Congress? Of course this branch can only decide on things that pertain to internal issues within TWP, while leaving higher-level affairs to the offices of the Guardians and current Delegate? Again, just a suggestion.

I'm pretty certain that is what the Hall of Nations are for.

I was kicked out of The West Pacific today for calling Ancient ElderGrump a grump.  I just want you all to know that that was a very penile response.

Listen, Arcainite, these people are older than you. They expect people who are part of the region to be civilized and respectful. Calling someone a grouch when they are not in the mood is disrespectful. This doesn't mean we hate fun. On the contrary, we encourage funny and sometimes critical remarks. However, what you said to one of the Guardians was not only uncalled for, but disrespectful. You may believe I am just another "grump", but I experienced the same thing recently. I managed to learn my mistakes, and was re-accepted into the region. Everyone wants to be treated with respect, and if you can't handle that, then you should not be here.

I think I've got the title. This was given to me by Aelitia, the Delegate of The East Pacific.

The Manners of Governance of The West Pacific or The Manners for short. It has an official ring to it. And describes the document as it is more of a statement of government rather than a codified set of laws that you would find in a charter or constitution.

I love the new title! It has the sense of formality while, at the same time, has a whiff of simplicity.

Also, I'm worried that the Delegate-appointed Ministers and their relevant Deputy Ministers may not always get along, preventing them from doing their jobs effectively. Perhaps Delegate-appointed Ministers could nominate their Deputy Minister and the Hall would vote to approve?

I agree. It gives the ministers some say in their deputy ministers while retaining the democratic principles of elections.

I also ask if the next draft elaborates a bit more on the several ministries and what each component do (especially the Ambassador Corps of the FA).
