I, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kylen, by the power vested in me by the constitution of the Kylenian Republic would notify the honorable Dignitaries of the West Pacific states that on Wednesday, 14th of February 2018, the new nation state of Kylen came into existence upon the consensus of the Kylenian people and that The Republic of Kylen is a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Republic. I also request the Ambassadors and the delegates and the Guardians to include the Republic of Kylen into the West Pacific Family and that we, the Kylenian people who stive to achieve excellence in Science, Arts and Civil Liberties may contribute our best to achieve world peace and to bring happiness and prosperity into the region of West Pacific. Also, We request the legal recognition of the Republic of Kylen by the distinguished Ambassador, Guardians and delegates of the West Pacific.
