We write regional news, make deep dives into history and conspiracies, write satire (or do we?), make comics and puzzles, and much more! Writers are expected to produce at least one article per issue, usually from 400-1500 words, depending on the style and subject matter. Irl, I do public affairs for the U.S. Army. Writing is one of the aspects of that job and I feel that this will help me hone my both creative and informative writing skills. This is also a way to sort of dip my toes into volunteering with the region. (For writers) What subjects are you most interested in writing on? Community events, sidebars, and minor news pieces.
