I wasn't too keen on the episode itself, but once you realise that the whole episode was nothing more than an introduction for the new Doctor, it becomes palatable. As to the 'mysterious woman', I think it's become a bit old hat now. I'll be interested, of course, in knowing who she is, but I wish that Moffat could find another plot device.

Bhang Bhang Duc Posted August 31, 2014 Posted August 31, 2014 I like Capaldi as the Doctor. There's a lot of wit going on which is of the blink and you'll miss it variety. Couple of old hat plot lines and I didn't think yesterday's episode was great (good, but not great). Still, early days.

Intelligent Holograms Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 I would rather they just integrate Missy into the plot properly rather than just leaving her as some useless, afterthought character. The Doctor is stunning - that is all I have to say.
