Welcome to the space station! This doubles as a sign up thread and the actual RP thread. Please limit yourselves to 7 Mission Specialists, 1 Commander, and 1 Pilot.

Commander Rivera paged Hellensworth Control. "We are on the Enterprise and we are asking for blast-off clearance" Bill Winters, the Communications Director said "STS-130 will take-off in 5 seconds" Pilot Raschonberger exclaimed "This is going to be exciting, this space-station has gravity!" The mission specialists were all tired from astronaut training the night before. Mission Specialist Lescaulier wanted to back out the night before but changed her mind. Mission Specialist Gonzales said "I resigned from my teaching post at an at-risk school in St. Vanoix for this, and I like this gig better." The spaceship Enterprise blasted off and they were on their way to the space station.

The crew arrived at the space station safe and sound. Mission Specialist Laschon-White immediately went to the weather camera area, where she is going to replace the old and broken weather camera with a scientifically advanced one. Mission Specialists Navarro, Lescaulier, and Spearman went to take a nap in the sleeping quarters. Mission Specialist Boyce went to the biology lab to conduct an experiment. Mission Specialist Gonzales, the teacher on staff, went to the computer and educated about space. Mission Specialist Davison played the guitar and made everyone smile. Commander Rivera went from area to area making sure that they were safe. Pilot Raschonberger went to the physics lab and played with the equipment in the lab.

The Crew from Benjamin Mark II arrived the same day. Mission Specialists Navarro, Lescaulier, and Spearman woke up from their nap and greeted the new crew. Mission Specialist Lyndon wanted to help Mission Specialist Laschon-White with her new weather camera and was shown the way to the weather camera area. Mission Specialist Sheridan was a retired biologist and wanted to work on an experiment in the biology lab. Mission Specialist Lescaulier said she could help Mission Specialist Boyce with his experiment and was shown the way to the biology lab. Mission Specialist Neeraghan was in a daze and didn't know what to do. Mission Specialist Lescaulier said she could help her with some work in the astronomy lab and they went together. Mission Specialist Shapiro said I am a teacher and wish to communicate to students about space. Mission Specialist Navarro pointed her to the computer that Mission Specialist Gonzales was using. Mission Specialist Montes said she wanted to go to the physics lab. Mission Specialist Navarro pointed her to the lab that Pilot Raschonberger was pretending to work. Commander White said she had to supervise the mission specialists and Commander Rivera walked to her and left together. Pilot Stanton was tired and Mission Specialists Navarro and Spearman escorted her to the sleeping quarters.

"If I Ain't Got You" by Alicia Keys got played for Mission Specialist Gonzales and both crews woke up. Mission Specialists Laschon-White and Lyndon went straight to the weather camera area to replace the broken weather camera. Mission Specialist Sheridan and Boyce went to the biology lab to conduct an experiment. Mission Specialist Navarro and Neeraghan chatted with each other and went to the astronomy lab along with Mission Specialist Lescaulier. Mission Specialist Spearman spoke with her boyfriend on the computer. Mission Specialist Davison went to play the guitar. Mission Specialist Gonzales and Shapiro went to the computer and talk about space. Mission Specialist Montes and Pilot Raschonberger went to the physics lab and started work on an experiment. The Commanders supervised the mission specialists. Pilot Stanton went straight back to the sleeping quarters to take a nap.

"Play Hard" by David Guetta got played for Mission Specialist Boyce and both crews woke up. Most mission specialists went to the same places they went yesterday with some exceptions. Mission Specialists Laschon-White and Lyndon went to the weather camera area to replace the weather camera. Mission Specialists Boyce and Sheridan went to the biology lab to continue on their experiment. Mission Specialists Neeraghan and Lescaulier went to the astronomy lab. Mission Specialist Navarro was a floater and walked around seeing if anyone needed help. Mission Specialists Spearman and Davison both sang a duet together. Mission Specialist Montes and Pilot Raschonberger continued on their experiment in the physics lab. Mission Specialist Gonzales and Shapiro slept in because their talk doesn't begin until 10am. Pilot Stanton floated around and seeing if anyone needed help.

"Million Dollar Bill" by Whitney Houston got played for Mission Specialist Navarro and both crews woke up. The weather camera was installed so Mission Specialists Laschon-White and Lyndon floated around along with Mission Specialist Navarro and Pilot Stanton. Mission Specialists Lescaulier and Neeraghan went to the astronomy lab. Mission Specialists Boyce and Sheridan went to the biology lab to continue on their experiment. Mission Specialists Gonzales and Shapiro went to the computer and educated about space. Mission Specialist Montes and Pilot Raschonberger went to the physics lab. Mission Specialist Davison and Spearman did a comedy skit. The Commanders supervised the mission specialists.

Mission Specialist Navarro and Pilot Stanton floated around seeing if anyone needed help. Mission Specialists Lescaulier and Neeraghan went to the astronomy lab. Mission Specialist Boyce and Sheridan went to the biology lab to continue their experiment. Mission Specialists Davison and Spearman sang a duet together. "Coming Up Roses" from the movie "Begin Again" was played for the crew and both crews woke up. The crew from Benjamin Mark II left to be replaced by another crew. Mission Specialists Laschon-White and Navarro floated around to see if anyone needed help. Mission Specialist Boyce was conducting an experiment in the biology lab. Mission Specialist Lescaulier went to the astronomy lab. Mission Specialists Davison and Spearman sang a duet together. Pilot Raschonberger pretended to work in the physics lab. Mission Specialist Gonzales went to the computer to educate about space.

The crew from STS-130 landed back on Earth safely. Commander Wale docked the Markana at the space station and the crew of STS-131 got out. They all went to the sleeping quarters to sleep.

"Stitches (Acoustic Version)" by Shawn Mendes and Hailee Steinfield got played for Mission Specialist Hernandez and both crews woke up. Mission Specialists Hernandez and Stonehirsch tended to the weather camera that the last crew installed. Mission Specialists Silvera, Priven, and Wilder went to the astronomy lab. Mission Specialists Khan and Shah expanded the space station by adding another module. Mission Specialists Schock and Washington went to the biology lab. Mission Specialists Dias, Gilman, and Sterritt went to the physics lab. The Commanders and Pilots supervised the mission specialists.

"Equal" by Chrisette Michele got played for Mission Specialist Silvera and both crews woke up. Mission Specialists Hernandez and Stonehirsch tended to the weather camera and when they tested it yesterday, it broke, so they're fixing it today. Mission Specialists Silvera and Wilder went to the astronomy lab. Mission Specialists Khan and Shah suited up for a spacewalk and expanded the space station by adding another module. Mission Specialists Schock and Washington went to the biology lab. Mission Specialists Dias and Gilman went to the physics lab. The commanders and pilot, plus Mission Specialists Priven and Sterritt supervised the other mission specialists.

Commander Hayden spoke and said "We are on the Enterprise and are requesting take-off clearance" The Hellensworth control person, Stephen Wishman, said "The STS-132 is cleared for take off and will leave in 5 seconds" The Enterprise blasted off and were on their way to the space station.
