The new constitution included much more rights, as well as more power for the Prime Minister. The new constituon, The People's Constitution, was signed by the King at 5 PM, 20th March 1420. Some of the country, especially the countryside, didn't enjoy the reduction in farm animal possibilities. 510 Farmers came together to march on the palace and demand a change. Will the change come?
