Firstly, I thank @Saint Mark. I joined NS at the time of Halo's reign as Delegate. He showed me that there was a lot more of NS beyond issues, and encouraged me to become a citizen and join the Discord server and forums. Although the delegate change happened not much time after that, I still remember Halo's delegacy, and I thank him for helping me.
I also thank @Ark for introducing me to Foreign Affairs, which was the first ministry I decided to join, and I thank @Bran Astor for being an amazing Delegate and helping me with the Speaker position after I was elected, such as giving me ideas on how to start the Regional Commendations.
Furthermore, I also thank @Reçueçn, @Elegarth, @TUMS and @Mediobogdum for being Trading Cards players that constantly trade cards with me and help keep the TWP Card Channel in Discord active. From all these card farmers, I think I should especially thank @Reçueçn for also encouraging me when I was seeking the last cards for my TWP S1 collection, giving me ideas to contact the players who had these rare cards, and showing me some tools to make card farming faster and less boring.
It is important to say, though, that those are all individual players. I thank the West Pacific as a whole for being a wonderful region! Without you all, TWP wouldn't be the same.

Reformation of The Crimson Order,
Phase Two: Reorganization
 
The Crimson King descended from his mountaintop retreat carrying scrolls of parchment with details of
Phase Two of the Reformation: The Reorganization. 
The Sacred Order had been organized into The Cardinals (The Council of Inquisition), The Knights of The Sacred Order,  The Granted Titles and Positions of The Sacred Order, and The Acolytes. These are hereby Reorganized by Reformation into The Codex of The Crimson Order"
The Codex of The Crimson Order
The Crimson Order Encourages the Spirit of Activity in NationStates in all it's Righteous forms; Appreciates with Thankfulness the Blessings of Creator Max Barry and his Administrators and Moderators;  Recognizes the Inescapable Foundations of Game Mechanics and Rules; and Supports the Sovereignty of Players and the Health of their Communities.
I. The Kingship

The King

1. The Highest Authority of The Crimson Order shall be The Crimson King. 
2. The Crimson King may make appointments and Grants of Title at will.
3. The Crimson King may delegate authorities at will.
4. The Crimson King may revise the Codex at any time by publication and public notice.
The Court
5. The Court of The Crimson King shall serve as the Cabinet of the King.
a. The Court shall advise The King, and Represent the King and the Order as appointed.
b. The Regent of The College of Cardinals and the Governor General of The Crimson Congregation shall sit as Members of The Court.
c. Other Members, Titles, and Authorities of The Court shall be granted at the discretion of The King.
II. The College of Cardinals

The College

1. The College of Cardinals serves as Guardians of The Crimson Order. 
2. Cardinals serve by appointment of The Crimson King. 
3. The College shall have the Right to give it's Advice to The King.
4. The College of Cardinals shall have sole authority to name a successor to the King in the event of a loss of the King.
The Regent
5. The Regent of The College of Cardinals shall serve as the Presiding Officer of The College.
a. The Regent shall be appointed by The King with the Consent of The College.
b. The Regent shall serve as Representative of The College of Cardinals to The Court of The Crimson King.
The Inquisition
6. The Inquisition shall serve as the Judicial process of The Crimson Order.
7. Inquisitions may be initiated by call of The King, or by decision of The College.
8. The Regent shall preside as The Grand Inquisitor in the event a Council of Inquisition is called.
9. Inquisitions shall be heard by a Council of Inquisition.
a. Members of a Council of Inquisition shall be called Inquisitors during the Hearing.
b. A Council of Inquisition may consist of The College of Cardinals as a whole, or any number of Cardinals chosen by decision of The College.
10.. The College shall have authority to design and enforce it's own rules and procedures regarding Inquisition.
11. The Congregation may Petition for an Inquisition by The College.
a. The College may accept or decline the request of The Congregation.
12. Decisions and Rulings of Inquisition may be appealed to The King.
 
III. Knights of The Crimson Order

The Knights
1. The Knights of The Crimson Order honors those Members that have been recognized by The Crimson King for their Honorable military service in NationStates.
2.Recognition may be made by Decree of The King, or by Recommendation of The College upon approval of The King.
3. The Congregation may Petition for a Recommendation of The College.

4.  Honored Knights are under no obligation to act on, or participate in actions of The Crimson Order.
 
IV. Heroes of The Crimson Order

The Heroes
1. The Heroes of The Crimson Order consists of those recognized by The Crimson Order with Granted Titles and Awards in Honor of their Accomplishments, Talents and Service.
2. Heroes are announced by declaration of The King, and may be recommended to The King by The College.
3. Membership in The Crimson Order is not required for recognition.
V. The Mystery Schools

The Mystery
1. The Crimson Order, in order to promote and enhance the NationStates Experience, recognizes The Mystery Schools of the the Concepts, Ideologies, and Schools of Thought that are expressed across the NationStates world.
a. Mystery Schools are listed by Acknowledgement and Grant of Charter by The King.
b. Mystery Schools may be recommended for recognition to The King by The College and The Congregation.
c. Mystery School Grants of Charter may be revoked at any time by Decree of The King or by Hearing of a Council of Inquisition.
VI. The Crimson Congregation

The Congregation
1. The Crimson Congregation is hereby established as the Assembly of All Members of The Crimson Order. 
2. The Congregation may elect a Governor General of The Crimson Congregation to serve as Presiding Officer.
a. The Governor General of The Congregation shall also stand as Representative of The Congregation to The Court of The Crimson King. 
3. The Congregation may design and enforce it's own rules and procedures with the consent of The King.

VII. Membership
1. Membership in The Crimson Order is available to both Individuals and Regions. 
2. Membership shall be granted to those Individuals and Regions that give Assent to The Seven Concepts:
The Guidance of Max and Admin
The Primacy of Game Mechanics
The Authorities of Delegates and Founders
The Sovereignty of Regions and Nations
The Rights and Obligations of Rebellion
The Necessity of Activity in it's Many Forms
The Harmonies and Diversities of Communities
3. Membership is voluntary and may be withdrawn by the Individual or Region at any time.
4. Membership may be declined by The Crimson King for any reason.
5. Membership can be revoked by The Crimson King or a Council of Inquisition.

Believe it or not, it's a pun. The US Navy fielded Polaris submarine -launched ballistic missiles; 181 is a reference to the continent of Polaris in the TWP RP Discord.
Additional Fact: Crimson Sea is not only a call-out to our favorite spiced rum, but also the RP realm of TWP. The Crimson Sea is situated between the SE coast of Polaris (home of Bran, Resu, Fujai, Kawaii, etc.) and the continent of Aura (home of Halo, Dilber, Ark, and others). 

How does this affect TWP? What purpose do you have in posting this here?  I have very little patience for this sort of drama.

Instituting The Youxia
I am establishing a new non-Peer Order of Recognition. It shall be called the Youxia.
The Youxia honor is similar to a Knight Errant and ranks just below the Xia.
Youxia will be entitled to be addressed as Master or Mistress and to use the seal below.
To be considered eligible for Youxia recognition, a nation must hold between 100 and 150 endorsements over a period of two weeks. This is to prevent obvious threats from gaining recognition, especially if they cross the endorsement cap. This is also to promote responsible endorsement swapping in the region by considering only those who hold above 100 endorsements in the two-week period. Being below 100 endorsements in the two-week period can deem a nation ineligible.
Th Speaker of The Hall or their designee will be charged with keeping The Emperor up to date on which nations qualify as Youxia.

Welcome to the first ever edition of WPCAA's West Pacific College Football!  This is where the magic happens. In this thread, you will post your rosters, roleplay your teams, and tell the stories of your victories on the gridiron. This got really long, so I’m gonna put a TL;DR right up here:
TL;DR: You can post your RPs in this thread. Find the schedule and a guide to creating a roster below, as well as a little information from me on how I’m organizing things.
This is the RP thread. All posts here (with the exception of WPCAA announcements) should be made IN CHARACTER.
Twenty-eight teams have entered into TWP’s college football league, eager to test their mettle against their neighbors. Those teams have been sorted into four conferences, names for the four continents of TWP: Polaris, Doll Guldur, Aura, and Andolia. Not all teams in each conference come from the continent it is named for, with the exception of the Polarii Conference (Polaris showed up for football, y’all). There are in fact so many Polarii entrants, that they couldn’t all fit into the Polarii Conference. So with that exception, every nation has a team in its continent’s conference. Because I think it will be more interesting to play against teams from different countries, no nation has teams in the same conference. This means you will all be playing against teams from multiple continents, as well as teams from nations not yet on the map.

Given that there will be fourteen gamedays in the season, I will try to post results three times a week. I will post a cutoff in this thread before I calculate results so that it is clear which RPs are counted when. If things go smoothly, hopefully everything will fall into a regular schedule, but I don’t know everything I’ll be doing this month, so I will not be committing to any times or dates as of yet.
You may now post rosters and RPs in this thread.
The first results cutoff will be Monday, June 3. This will give you all a little extra time to post your rosters, as well as your first RP if you like and will allow me to be away for a week to be in my friend’s wedding.
Rosters
Rosters are an important aspect of sports roleplay, for a couple reasons. If you only make one post the entire season, it should be your roster. Here’s why:
1.      Rosters let your opponents know who they’re facing. This makes things more fun for everybody, increases realism and immersion, and lets them RP better.
2.      In this competition, a degrading RP bonus is used, but rosters are exempt. That means the more you RP, the more likely you are to perform better, but while older rps won’t count as much towards the bonus, your roster will keep its value throughout the competition. A good roster can give you a sizable bonus that will help you out throughout the whole competition.
3.      Rosters are your way of letting us know about you. Teams will be coming to play in your stadiums over the course of the season. You don’t only have to talk about your team in your roster post, you can also describe your country and let visitors know what to expect. Do you have a factbook? Great! Lots of that info might fit well in a roster post.
4.      Rosters are where you post your RP permissions. RP permissions are a tool that we use to make sure that roleplay is fair and everybody can get along. More info on these lower down.
So what should you put in your roster? Well, your starting XI, to kick things off. Let people know who they’ll be seeing on the field. Go ahead and tell us about who your players are, if you like. From there, you can build outwards: you can say who your team’s substitutes and reserves are, show off a team or school logo, talk about your school, describe your stadium, or describe the culture and geography of your country. Play style, team formation, tactics, and your team’s managerial staff are also great things to include. The only thing a roster should not be is anything narrative: it is written in a more encyclopedic style.
RP Permissions
So what are RP permissions? They are a set of guidelines you establish to let people know what you are okay with happening in their roleplays. Your players will be featured in other people’s RPs, after all, so if you want to control how people write about your characters, this is how you can do that. By filling out your RP permissions, those with whom you are RPing know what boundaries to adhere to when creating their roleplays. Below is a sample RP permission box. Yours can look a little different, it’s up to you.

With the opening of this thread, you can finally start to RP for your teams! Obviously, you won’t have any results to RP about until the first cutoff, but you can write about anything you like until then. RPs don’t have to be written only about your team’s performance on the field—any IC post is fine. I will give bonuses to those who RP, but don’t worry about that: if you don’t want to, you don’t have to, and you should be writing to tell the story you want to tell and most importantly, to have fun. The second, and only other rule, is that you must respect the posted scorelines and your opponents’ RP permissions in your RPs. Other than that, your imagination is the limit!
