To deploy the shield, just go to the nuke control center from nation main page and click on "incoming nukes". You'll be able to shield if you have them incoming

Nations and Delegate of the West Pacific Region, --------- [OOC] --------- The vast majority of my earlier received issues have focused on social and healthcare policies. My progressive decisions in regards to these issues have tanked my economy to the [Developing] level, after which it has risen to the [Fair] level. Also, apparently, free enterprise is now illegal (0_0). My questions are the following: How do I improve my (now socialist) economy? How can I reinstate private industry?
