A high endorsement cap protects us from internal threats A low endorsement cap protects us from external threats. I'm all for having a higher endorsement cap for those who are more involved but the fact is that there are a ton of The West Pacific natives that aren't as involved but shouldn't be subjected to a low endorsement cap.

There's always a perception of GCRites to be very elitist, exceptional, experienced players - and it's true to a certain degree. It can be very intimidating for any newbie or even anybody that has been playing NS for a while to join our community. That's something we should always be aware of and how we can overcome that perception.
