Foreign Affairs Understaffing

Oh dear god, I think I'm breaking protocol left and right; forgive me.

Anyhow, this thread is to address what I believe is a problem we have; the understaffing of the foreign affairs office. We do not have a foreign affairs minister, currently, and I would be happy to fill the role, however, this doesn't solve the problem that we have very few ambassadors left. So basically, I would like to give a shout out to anyone who might be interested in becoming an ambassador, as well as anyone who is better qualified than myself for the position of of foreign affairs minister.
