Hi there TWP o/ I'm W&S. Some of you know me, others don't, but I'm a soon-to-be-stateless gameplayer who's taken up residence in TWP recently and I realized I hadn't made a forum account here yet. https://www.nationstates.net/nation=twpaf_temp_worker is my nation in TWP. More on the name below :P A little about me for those who don't know me so well: My main nation is Witchcraft and Sorcery and I usually go by W&S or WS or whatever variant of that you please. I just celebrated (or rather completely forgot) my sixth anniversary playing NS on February first. Most of that time has been spent in 10000 Islands, where I've been a senator, dean of the university, and tactical officer of TITO among other things. I also spent a year and a half in the Grey Wardens before returning to 10ki. Right now though I'm in the process of leaving 10ki, this time likely for good as my military ideas have shifted well away from what 10ki stands for. What the heckee am I doing here? Just chilling for now, honestly. I've become friendly with a lot of people in TWP's government over the last couple of years. Badger, Dali, Rigel, Ark, and I've had pleasant interactions with a lot more. Y'all are cool and I'm happy to be here ^_^

Thanks for your help! I'm the most techniphobic person in NS, so I will ask Kawaii to look at what you've said and supply you with some banners that will fit those criteria. Thanks again!

So this is the current background image: http://www.westpacific.org/images/twp_v4.jpg It's 1310x77, so whatever you put together should be similar size to fit into the forum layout. I can probably worth with that one, but would prefer something wider/less background repetitive. We used to have a rotating banners on the forums back about 5-6 years ago, and I sourced most of those from city panoramic shots (like the one of Sydney that we're using right now). That system would just load a random background on each page load (rather than the way it does it on NationStates and uses javascript to rotate through them while you're on the page....personally, I would find that a bit busy for a page header. As for a rotating banner, I'm sure I can do it as I said a few replies back, but just need to set it up (and have the sources put together). I will put this limitation on it, please don't make them really tall. There is no real reason for massive headers on pages, I see it on some of the other offsite forums and I've always thought it was pretty fugly when the header takes up the first half (or more) of the page and you have to scroll down to the meat of the page. Header should probably be no more than 120pixels tall.
